Director, Commercial Analytics, HIV Prevention Integrated Insights

* Strong commercial analytic skills and experience managing projects and initiatives required.* Pharmaceutical or consumer data analytics/insight experience required.* Foundation of experience in HIV or virology therapy areas and experience with provider-administered (e.g. buy-and-bill) products is desired.* MBA or Master’s degree preferred. Preferred concentrations in one or more of healthcare, general management, analytics, and data sciences.* Demonstrated ability to pull together insights from a variety of sources and develop strategic guidance for brand teams that result in a business decision or action.* Strong business and marketing acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills; consultative background preferred.* Demonstrated communication and teamwork skills; ability to gain consensus and act within a matrix team environment; Ability to work in a collaborative and influencing fashion that drives to business action.* Proven experience in storytelling and data visualization to communicate complicated analytics clearly for cross-functional stakeholders and senior management.* Proficiency in secondary data analysis with intimate knowledge of a variety of industry secondary data sources (e.g., IMS, WK, IPSOS)* Strong working knowledge of relevant software systems (e.g. MS Excel, Tableau, MS Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.* PhD and Eight Years’ Experience- Bachelor's Degree and Twelve Years’ Experience OR- Masters' Degree and Ten Years’ Experience OR #J-18808-Ljbffr
