We are hiring in Foster City, CA for a
Director, Commercial Analytics HIV Integrated Insights . The Director will manage tasks, activities, and contractors supporting the HIV business unit and will lead cross‑functional projects of significant complexity.
Responsibilities
Lead development of data‑based insights to inform brand, franchise, and business unit strategy and execution.
Develop performance/KPI dashboards, report insight to senior leadership, and share best practices across therapeutic areas.
Collaborate with brand marketing leadership to establish an annual analytics plan for each brand.
Leverage analytics to inform HCP and patient segmentation, customer journey, treatment flow, sampling strategy, and AI technologies.
Design and implement HQ‑facing dashboards and reports; evaluate secondary data sources and analytics methods to elevate business impact.
Integrate insight and analysis from multiple sources to deliver robust opportunities and market context for brand decisions.
Manage stakeholder relationships within marketing, commercial operations, IT, and external consulting resources; conduct quarterly functional reviews.
Qualifications
Strong commercial analytics skills and experience managing complex projects.
Pharmaceutical or consumer data analytics/insight experience required; foundation in HIV or virology therapy areas desired.
Proficiency in storytelling and data visualization to communicate complicated analytics clearly to cross‑functional stakeholders.
MBA or Master’s degree preferred; concentrations in healthcare, general management, analytics, or data sciences.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and matrix team influencing skills.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and Twelve Years’ Experience
Master’s Degree and Ten Years’ Experience
PhD and Eight Years’ Experience
Salary & Benefits Salary range: $226,185 – $292,710. Additional compensation may include discretionary annual bonus, stock‑based long‑term incentives, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance).
