Manage and resolve high volumes of accounts for services provided by the employer
Act as the primary contact for patients to discuss outstanding statements and inquiries
Provide efficient support for insurance, coding, registration, financial assistance, and billing issuesWhat is Required (Qualifications):
Experience handling cash payments and self-pay collections
Exceptional customer service skills
Knowledge of office equipment, including computers, software applications, printers, and billing programs
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or collections
