We are currently looking for a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented

Full-Time Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)

to serve patients throughout San Francisco. In this essential role, you will collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, and administrative staff, to provide individualized care and ensure high-quality outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services within the scope of practice, following individualized plans of care

Deliver treatment, evaluate patient response, and report changes to the Physician, Case Manager, and/or Director of Nursing

Maintain appropriate clinical records and submit documentation according to company policy

Follow all company policies and procedures

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to travel within a 15–25 mile radius regularly

Caring, compassionate personality with strong communication skills

Full-Time

Pay:

$125,000 – $150,000/year DOE +

$10K SIGN-ON BONUS
