Available Territories & Pay Structure
Alameda County & West Contra Costa County: $60–$70 per hour DOE – Eligibility for a $10,000 Sign on Bonus for Full‑Time status (Coverage Area: Oakland/San Leandro/Berkeley/Richmond/San Pablo)
East Contra Costa County: $60–$70 per hour DOE (Coverage Area: Antioch/Pittsburg/Brentwood)
TriValley Area: $60–$70 per hour DOE (Coverage Area: Dublin/Livermore/Pleasanton/San Ramon/Danville)
Bonus Information Health Link’s bonus structure is quality‑driven—not volume‑driven. Bonuses are awarded based on quality metrics, not on how many patients you see. We value excellent clinical care over productivity quotas.

Responsibilities
Provide Occupational Therapy services according to the individualized plan of care
Deliver treatments, evaluate patient response, and report condition changes to the Case Manager, Physician, and/or Director of Nursing
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements
Current California OT License (Required)
Home Health Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Current CA Driver’s License
Excellent organizational and communication skills
