FreedomCare is seeking motivated individuals for the Call Center Talent Pool (Colorado) role. This position is part of our rapidly growing customer service team focused on supporting patients and caregivers in home care.

Role

HomeCare Sales Specialist I – connect and engage with individuals interested in home care support.

Intake Specialist I – work with patients and caregivers to educate and assist with application and enrollment.

Onboarding Specialist I – guide patients and caregivers through the onboarding process with virtual or in‑person orientations.

Care Support Specialist I – support patients and caregivers throughout their home care journey.

Ideal Candidate

Customer service skills: handle high‑volume calls, resolve issues, empathic, active listening.

Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication, empathy.

Soft skills: listening, emotional intelligence, teamwork.

Problem‑solving: calm under pressure, de‑escalating calls.

Time management: prioritize tasks and meet expectations.

Technology: computer proficiency, strong typing, note‑taking, multitasking.

Multitasking: manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Hybrid Position:

Employees must commute to the FreedomCare Colorado office in Denver, near the Denver Tech Center, 3 days per week.

Compensation Range:

$20.00 – $24.00 per hour at the commencement of the first year; base pay range $18–$22 USD.
