Role We're building a talent pool of strong customer service professionals for
FreedomCare Nevada . We're searching for talented and motivated individuals interested in any of the following roles:
HomeCare Sales Specialist I: connect and engage with people and start a relationship with those who are interested in having home care support for themselves or a loved one.
Intake Specialist I: work closely with Patients and Caregivers to educate them and assist them on the application and enrollment process of our supported programs, with the goal of completing the eligibility process and onboarding them.
Onboarding Specialist I: guide our patients and caregivers throughout the onboarding process of joining FreedomCare. This role will require you to conduct virtual or in person orientations.
Care Support Specialist I: guide patients and caregivers through their home care journey while ensuring that our patients receive the care they need and feel heard and cared for.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess
Customer service skills: excellent service, ability to handle difficult situations, empathize, manage high‑volume inbound/outbound queue.
Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication, empathy, compassion.
Soft skills: good listening, emotional intelligence, strong teamwork.
Problem‑solving: remain calm under pressure, defuse and de‑escalate callers.
Time management: prioritize tasks, meet and exceed expectations.
Technology: computer proficiency, typing skills, ability to leverage tech efficiently while multitasking.
Multitasking: manage multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously.
Hybrid / Travel These are hybrid positions that require all employees to commute into our FreedomCare Nevada office 3 days per week. Our Nevada office is in Las Vegas right off of Flamingo.

Compensation At FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. For this role, the base pay range is between $18.00 and $22.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent on factors such as skill set, years of experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
Compensation Range: $18—$22 USD
