The Opportunity The AI Finance Senior Manager is a crucial role responsible for supporting the Finance Applications Data Lead in executing the overall data management strategy for finance applications. This role requires deep expertise in finance applications (planning, reporting, close/consolidation) and advanced skills in enterprise data management, data governance, data quality, master data management, Machine Learning, and Generative AI (Gen AI). The successful candidate will develop and implement the “FDL consulting blueprint” service offering, creating an industry‑agnostic data model that ensures data consistency and interoperability across finance applications.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of system architecture solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
Tailor technology platforms to business processes, ensuring clients maximize their investment through effective use and continuous improvement.
Manage complex processes, solutions, and projects while maintaining a focus on quality and risk management.
Serve as Senior Manager, leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships.
Lead the design and implementation of an extensible common information model for the FDL Blueprint.
Develop and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, entity–relationship diagrams, and data lineage maps.
Collaborate with data scientists and finance SMRs across service lines to identify opportunities for applying Machine Learning and Gen AI techniques to finance applications or personas.
Support the establishment and maintenance of a robust data governance framework for the FDL.
Stay current with the latest advancements in Machine Learning, Gen AI, Data Management, and Azure technologies, implementing innovative solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and insights for finance applications.
Travel as required for client engagements and project needs.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT.
Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with demonstrated expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and reporting.
Proficiency with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms, including hands‑on experience with Anaplan (Certified Model Builder preferred), Oracle EPM Cloud Suite (PBCS, ePBCS, FCCS), Oracle Hyperion, OneStream, Tagetik, or similar.
Solid understanding of financial data architecture and governance, including financial data modeling, dimensional design, chart of accounts structuring, data quality standards, and master data management for finance applications.
Excellent communication, collaboration, problem‑solving, and commercial awareness skills.
Strong analytical and oral/written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel as required.

What We Offer You

The base salary range for this job in the U.S. is $171,600 to $392,100. For New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento), the range is $205,900 to $445,700.
A flexible hybrid model with expectations for most external, client‑serving roles to work in person 40–60% of the time during engagements.
