Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Labor & Employment Associate in Houston, TX. The candidate hired in this role will handle day-to-day case management, including drafting and filing motions, conducting legal research, preparing and responding to discovery, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role involves advising clients on legal matters, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with colleagues to develop effective litigation strategies. Strong analytical and communication skills will be essential for success in this position. Qualifications

Expertise in Labor and Employment Law Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas Previous litigation experience strongly preferred Compensation is competitive and is set DOE (200K-350K).
