Job Summary Our Store Managers lead teams to maximize the financial output of their stores through the optimization of talent, operational execution, and delivering a rewarding customer experience. They act with urgency and are driven to achieve results, thriving on building high performance teams that execute with excellence.

Compensation and Benefits Anticipated salary range: $74,650 - $107,295, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) plan, paid time off up to 200 hours per year (including PTO, floating holidays, paid holidays), paid sick time up to 80 hours per year.

Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.

Requirements Experience Minimum of two years of retail management experience

Education Bachelor's/Associate's Degree preferred or High School graduate/Equivalent

Physical Requirements Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds. Requires standing and moving for an entire shift. Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist. Ability to safely climb up and down a ladder. Ability to become forklift certified and physically able to operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP.

Availability Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends as necessary to meet the needs of the business. Regular attendance is an essential function of the job. Some travel required.
