Store Manager – Harbor Freight Tools
Our Store Managers lead teams to maximize the financial output of their stores through the optimization of talent, operational execution, and delivering a rewarding customer experience. They act with urgency and are driven to achieve results. They thrive on building high performance teams that execute with excellence.
The anticipated salary range for this position is
$74,650 – $107,295
depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus. We offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates accrue paid time off up to 200 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law. Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.

Requirements
Minimum of two years of retail management experience
Education
Bachelor's/Associates Degree preferred or High School graduate/Equivalent
Physical & Availability
Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds.
Requires standing and moving for an entire shift.
Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist.
Ability to safely climb up and down a ladder.
Ability to become forklift certified and physically able to operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.
Some travel required.
