Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the teams responsible for
shipping, logistics, accounting support, customer support, and sales support .
Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards for each functional area.
Foster collaboration across teams and serve as the escalation point for operational issues.
Drive professional development and build a high‑performing operations team.
Shipping & Logistics Oversight
Supervise the logistics team handling international/domestic shipping, customs, and freight.
Ensure effective vendor management and continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency.
Oversee policies, procedures, and systems for warehouse and inventory management.
Accounting & Finance Support Oversight
Oversee the accounting support team handling purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
Ensure financial compliance, accurate reporting, and alignment with company objectives.
Partner with the finance department to monitor budgets and operational expenditures.
Customer Support Oversight
Direct the customer support team to deliver high‑quality service and meet SLAs.
Monitor KPIs (e.g., response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction).
Implement customer feedback loops to improve service and product experience.
Manage the sales support team in order processing, documentation, and client coordination.
Align sales support activities with sales strategy and company goals.
Ensure seamless communication between sales, operations, and product teams.
Strategic Operations Leadership
Develop and enforce standardized processes and best practices across departments.
Report operational performance, risks, and improvements to executive leadership.
Act as a key partner to the leadership team in scaling the business and supporting growth.
Requirements
5+ years
of proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
Experience in a
high‑tech company
(medical devices/healthcare sector preferred).
Strong background in
companies delivering hardware products .
Solid knowledge of
logistics, supply chain, and shipping procedures .
Hands‑on experience with
accounting support
and ERP/CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and global environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in
medical devices, biotech, or healthcare technology .
Familiarity with
FDA and TAX regulations
