Senior Property Accountant – Residential/Affordable Housing (On‑Site, Seattle)
Senior Property Accountant opportunity with a fast‑growing residential property management company. Take on full‑cycle financial accounting and oversight of a portfolio of residential/affordable housing properties; prepare and review financials, GL accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, review AP, analyze and manage property cash position, prepare monthly reporting packages, assist asset managers with property budgets, assist with audits, design and implement process improvement and accounting policies. Ideal role for a BA in Accounting, 4+ years experience, residential property (affordable housing) experience a must.
