The Diamond Baseball League (DBL) is a professional‑grade collegiate summer baseball league that will begin play in 2026. The league has secured its inaugural six markets in Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska, which include first‑class facilities and multi‑year stadium leases. DBL owns and operates each of the six inaugural teams to ensure operational consistency and efficiency and the long‑term financial security and growth of the league. Teams will play a 50‑game schedule (30 home games, 20 road games) from late May into the first week of August, 2026.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary advance ticket sales representative for the Salina team, selling ticket packages (season tickets, partial game plans, picnic outings, group tickets) to both B2B and B2C constituents.
Oversee the team’s ticket operations, including box office management and ticket accounting.
Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities and build business relationships.
Ensure operational consistency and efficiency across the league’s inaugural teams.
Qualifications
Experience in selling tickets for a sports franchise.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient with ticketing software.
Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate strategic opportunities and build business relationships.
Compensation & Benefits
Full‑time year‑round salary position.
Bonuses paid based on accomplishment of ticket sales objectives.
