Position Details:
Exempt, Full-Time; Starts January 5, 2026; Reports to General Manager; Location: Sedalia, Missouri.
Position Summary The Diamond Baseball League (DBL) is a professional‑grade collegiate summer baseball league that will begin play in 2026, with six inaugural markets across Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. DBL owns and operates each of the six teams to ensure operational consistency and long‑term financial security and growth.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary advance ticket sales representative for the Sedalia team, selling ticket packages (season tickets, partial game plans, picnic outings and group tickets) to B2B and B2C constituents.
Oversee the team’s ticket operations, including box office management and ticket accounting.
Qualifications:
Prior ticket sales experience with a sports franchise.
Ability to identify and evaluate strategic opportunities and build business relationships.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Experience with ticketing software.
Compensation & Benefits:
Full‑time, year‑round salary position.
Bonuses paid based on accomplishment of ticket sales objectives.
