What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple concurrent Healthcare IT projects
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to project management standards and governance frameworks
Provide clear and timely communication of project updates to stakeholders
Oversee vendor performance and manage contracts to align with project goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field required
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive project management experience, including 8+ years in healthcare IT
PMP certification is required
Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving EHR systems or clinical applications
Strong technical acumen across IT domains such as cybersecurity, networking, and data analytics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s degree in a related field
Experience managing third-party vendors and contracts
Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
In-depth understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile
