Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of cloud-to-cloud migration strategies across multiple providers (e.g., GCP, Azure, Alibaba Cloud).
Architect application modernization solutions leveraging cloud-native services, microservices, and containerization.
Collaborate with product, DevOps, and engineering teams to rebuild or refactor applications for optimized deployment and performance.
Develop and implement scalable API architectures and ensure effective API management.
Design and guide front-end modernization using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
Define and implement logging, monitoring, and observability using tools such as ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
Architect and manage databases and storage systems — including Neo4j, SQL/NoSQL databases, and other data persistence layers.
Integrate event-driven architectures, notifications, and messaging systems for seamless application communication.
Support hybrid and disconnected cloud environments, including Cloud-to-On-Prem or Edge/Nvidia Cloud deployments.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices across the software lifecycle.
Required Skills
10+ years in software design, development, and architecture with a focus on cloud platforms.
Proven experience with application migration across GCP, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud.
Strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
Expertise in API development (RESTful/GraphQL) and API gateway management.
Proficiency with databases (SQL, NoSQL, Neo4J) and cloud storage architectures.
Hands-on experience with ELK Stack and other observability frameworks.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
Experience in cloud-to-on-prem or disconnected cloud deployments (e.g., Nvidia Cloud) is a major advantage.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
