J.D. or similar plus 2+ years of Labor and Employment experience Active and in Good Standing with CT and NY State Bar Excellent Writing Skills, Ability to take and defend depositions and negotiate settlements Opportunity to work on high-exposure cases 1900 billable hours On-site in Southbury, CT Responsibilities
The role focuses on Labor & Employment and related Commercial Litigation matters for top clients. You will conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, prepare for and participate in depositions, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with a team to manage high-exposure cases. Qualifications
J.D. or equivalent 2+ years of Labor & Employment experience Active Bar admission in CT and NY Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage high-exposure cases and work on-site in CT About the Firm
