Duties
Assist with general office tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls.
Open to learn everyday.
Invoicing.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Write projects estimate (Must have knowlage about construction).
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Provide administrative support to staff members as needed.
Assist with project coordination and tracking.
Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records.
Utilize computer skills to create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.
Use phone systems to make and receive calls.
Experience & Qualifications
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience in construction management
