What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets

Engage with C‑suite stakeholders to build long‑term partnerships

Implement scalable processes to manage sales activities and forecast revenue

What is Required (Qualifications):

15+ years of experience in enterprise sales with 5+ years in a leadership role

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in complex environments

Strong understanding of data platforms and cloud‑based architectures

Exceptional coaching and team‑building skills

Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in SaaS or technology‑driven organizations

Expertise in solution selling and consultative approaches

Strong ability to engage C‑suite stakeholders with compelling presentations
