What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as a Workday Financials expert, focusing on design, configuration, testing, and implementation
Recommend optimal solutions based on client requirements, budget, and timeframe
Guide clients through design sessions and configuration decisions tailored to their business needs
Engage and support clients throughout all project phases, ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems
Mentor fellow consultants and analysts, providing support and sharing knowledge within the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years of Workday functional implementation experience
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software
5 years of experience implementing functional solutions with ERP or SaaS software
Proficiency in business processes such as general ledger, budgeting, and supply chain management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with report writing and/or Workday Financials certification
Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and collaboration
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
