Job Title:
Customer Service Representative – Patient Registration
As our
Customer Service Representative , you’ll help patients check into the hospital, answer registration questions, and build trust by listening with compassion. Fast‑paced environment, answer phones, type quickly, no prior healthcare experience required. Vaccinations, drug test, and background check prior to hire.
Responsibilities
Work across multiple computer screens to intake patient and insurance information accurately.
Help patients who may be ill or worried; listen carefully, ask follow‑up questions, and build rapport.
Operate in a fast‑paced work environment, often on your feet, collecting diverse health plan data and working quickly despite unexpected variations.
Collaborate with a team focused on career progress and early healthcare career opportunities.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent customer service experience
Base Pay:
$15.00 – $20.28 per hour (US‑based position)
