Sunday – Tuesday 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Wednesday 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM

About the Role You will be a Customer Service Representative in Patient Registration, helping patients check in the hospital. The role is fast‑paced and requires answering calls and recording information accurately while showing empathy and building trust.

Key Responsibilities

Work on computers and answer phones to intake information in a busy environment, using multiple programs and typing quickly as patients speak. Manage data entry across physician and nurse check‑ins, and handle interruptions from clinicians for emergent care.

Assist and comfort patients who may be ill or worried. Listen carefully, ask follow‑up questions, and build rapport to ease anxiety.

Operate in a fast‑paced environment, often on your feet, completing patient registration and collecting insurance information with a strong understanding of varied health plans and coverage. Expect and adapt to the unexpected; this is not a casual desk job.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Excellent customer service experience

Ability to type quickly and manage phone calls efficiently

Up‑to‑date on all vaccinations, and ability to pass a drug test and background check prior to hire

Compensation Base pay range: $15.00 – $20.28 per hour. Pay is determined by role, level, location, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
