Beth Israel Lahey Health . This position is responsible for leading the product roadmap and lifecycle activities of the BILH User-Identity Data Platform. The role involves collaboration across BILH HR, IT, and hospital operational teams to support controls related to user identity and access, managing identity data projects for downstream systems, and being an integral part of the Users and Security leadership team for the OneBILH Epic project. Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational expertise and manage the technical system for the BILH User-Identity Data Platform, including system data feeds (Workday, MDStaff, Azure/AD) and onboarding/deboarding processes. Manage IDM-related projects, including system design, development, testing, and documentation. Support day-to-day identity management operations and resolve escalated access issues in partnership with HR, IT, and business teams. Communicate project status, risks, and issues; develop project plans and reports. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support incident resolution. Participate in Epic activities, including during initial implementation and upgrades, working closely with relevant teams and operational leaders. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 5 to 7 years of related work experience. Skills and Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of clinical terminology, workflows, and processes. Technical expertise in Azure Active Directory, Office 365. Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with Epic EHRs and other clinical systems; Epic certification preferred. Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow processes. All staff must be vaccinated against influenza and COVID-19 as a condition of employment. Beth Israel Lahey Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
