Job Title: Senior Design Engineer
Pay – $68.36/hr – $68.36/hr
Must Have
Experience with NX
Experience with Teamcenter
Experience with ASME Y14.5
Key Responsibilities
Imagine, design and develop products and systems as part of a highly engaged and integrated engineering team.
Collaborate across Aerospace engineering teams to create solutions and systems that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Participate in all phases of product development.
Refine engineering talents in a team-based culture by working with innovative products and technologies.
Collaborate in world-class project teams to establish effective solutions to complex engineering problems.
Improve the world by working on teams that develop modern solutions to complex problems.
Design engineering using CAD-based modeling.
Engineering analysis and weight optimization.
Design for Manufacturing and cost estimation.
Voice of Customer.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
6+ years of mechanical design and engineering experience with NX and Teamcenter.
Experience in engine or APU design.
Proven application of ASME Y14.5 drawing standards including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), both in generating drawings and checking drawings generated by others.

Experience in Conceptual Design, Preliminary Design and Detailed Design phases.
Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
Self-motivated, can work with little supervision, and consistently take initiative.
