POSITION SUMMARY The Sales Executive (JH):

The

Juno Health Sales Executive is responsible for public health sales

and will be responsible for closing new business opportunities with the health departments of States across the U.S.

Is a results‑driven professional with a working understanding of EMR/EHR solutions, and experience in healthcare SaaS sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Duties:

Manage full‑cycle sales process from lead generation through to contract close, with support from Senior Sales Executives or VP Sales & Marketing.

Deliver prospect‑facing tailored presentations to showcase the value of Juno EHR to clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Build strong relationships with C‑suite executives, medical directors, and IT decision makers.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging with market needs and customer feedback.

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets.

Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management via HubSpot CRM tool.

Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.

Travel up to 75% of the year in support of sales efforts, attendance at trade shows, and/or as directed by Juno Health Management, observing Juno Health travel policies. May include weekends and/or holidays.

Other Duties:

Attend quarterly Sales meetings as required.

Stay up to date on product roadmaps to be able to articulate broadly the future development items to prospects.

Participate in reviewing and responding to prospective opportunities through the Sales and Proposal Departments.

Participate in other Sales related on‑site or remote prospect related activities as required.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Individuals working for DSS will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800‑53. Additionally, they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day‑to‑day performance of their duties. Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high‑risk category will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access. Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training.

Proven Sales Track Record

3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in healthcare technology or related SaaS solutions

Demonstrated success selling specifically into county or city public health organizations nationwide

Consistent achievement of sales targets and revenue goals in competitive markets

Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting through contract closure

Business & Technical Acumen

Ability to analyze complex business workflows and align software functionality to organizational needs

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools

Understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements

Professional Capabilities

Self‑motivated with proven ability to work independently in remote environments

Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy

Adaptability to thrive in rapidly growing, dynamic organizational environments

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with healthcare software development vendors

Track record of building cross‑departmental partnerships and maintaining long‑term client relationships

Additional healthcare industry certifications or specialized training

Extended experience in public sector sales or government contracting

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree: equivalent combinations of work experience and/or education will be considered.
