New York, Santa Monica, Connecticut, and Long Island. The firm is also open to fully remote candidates.
The salary range for this position is between $150k to $250k. Qualifications 2+ years of patent litigation experience, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, motion practice, depositions, expert reports, and trial preparation. Background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technology work experience. State bar admission [in any jurisdiction]. Strong academic credentials. Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. USPTO registration a plus, but not required.
