Intuit is seeking Tax Experts with an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney). We would love to connect with you! What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language. Work in a virtual, customer-facing role using video communication software and document interactions to maintain records. Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken). Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand. What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Compensation & Benefits
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. Expected base pay ranges (2024) by location: Bay Area, California: $28.80–$36.50 per hour Southern California: $28.80–$36.50 per hour Colorado: $27.50–$34.80 per hour Hawaii: $28.80–$36.50 per hour Illinois: $27.50–$34.80 per hour Maryland: $27.50–$34.80 per hour Massachusetts: $28.80–$36.50 per hour Minnesota: $24.80–$30.30 per hour New Jersey: $28.80–$36.50 per hour New York: $28.80–$36.50 per hour Ohio: $24.80–$30.30 per hour Vermont: $27.50–$34.80 per hour Washington: $28.80–$36.50 per hour Washington D.C.: $28.80–$36.50 per hour The position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits under Intuit’s applicable plans and programs.
