Construction Litigation Attorney We are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law and litigation, with a proven track record of successfully representing clients in complex construction-related disputes. This role involves advising clients on legal issues related to construction projects, managing litigation cases, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in construction-related litigation cases in state and federal courts.

Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.

Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.

Advise clients on compliance with construction laws and regulations.

Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions for construction disputes.

Collaborate with clients, experts, and other stakeholders to develop case strategies.

Stay updated on changes in construction law and litigation practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in FL; court admission preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction law and litigation.

Strong knowledge of construction law, construction defects, and commercial litigation.

Experience representing clients in federal court is preferred.
