Medical Director of Surgical Services (Part-time)
Madisonhealth seeks a part-time Medical Director of Surgical Services to provide clinical oversight and strategic direction for its surgical service line. This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care across both inpatient and outpatient surgical settings. The director works closely with perioperative services, anesthesia, and hospital leadership to improve outcomes and optimize department operations.

Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. with unrestricted Idaho medical license (or eligibility)
Board certified in a surgical specialty (e.g., General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery)
Minimum 5 years of clinical surgical experience
Prior leadership or administrative experience in surgical or perioperative services preferred
Strong commitment to quality improvement and collaborative leadership
