About the Role
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health invites you to join our team as an Assistant Program Manager in Rutland, MA. This position offers an hourly base pay range of $22.79–$26.48, a $1,000 sign‑on bonus, and a flexible schedule of Sunday–Wednesday 1 pm–11 pm with the option to start on Sunday 7 am–5 pm.
Key Responsibilities
Be passionate about working with and helping youth.
Provide therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment.
Assist with the planning and implementation of programing for individuals.
Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed.
Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license required.
Bachelor’s degree required.
1 year experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders required.
1 year of relevant supervisory experience preferred.
Must be able to attend a 2‑week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, in Rutland, MA.
