Devereux . Location: Rutland, MA. Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday, 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM (New Hire Orientation – Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM). Hourly pay starts at $22.79/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or relevant experience up to $26.98/hour. Sign‑on bonus: $1,000. Responsibilities
Be passionate about working with and helping youth. Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment. Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment. Assist with the planning and implementation of programming for individuals. Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed. Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills. Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older. Driver’s license required. Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or a related field required. Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, complex PTSD, co‑occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders required. One year of relevant supervisory experience preferred. Willingness to obtain MAP certification within 90 days of hire. Benefits
