Firehouse Subs - Franchise
REPORTS TO: Owner/Franchisee
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health regulations, hour and wage regulations, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, OSHA, and other applicable laws. Ensure knowledge, adherence, and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures. Provide leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness, while fostering a cheerful and fun work environment aligned with Firehouse Subs' culture, beliefs, and values. Ensure the profitability of the business by operating within established guidelines for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities, and sales growth. Coordinate and implement current operations game plans and company initiatives in a profitable and timely manner. Ensure proper staffing with qualified personnel who are trained and developed appropriately. Oversee the ongoing training and development of the Assistant Manager and Shift Managers. Participate actively in local restaurant marketing efforts within the trade area. Implement and promote all Public Safety Foundation initiatives. Ensure all required programs, reports, and legal documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule. Maintain awareness and participation in community affairs to leverage sales and PR opportunities. Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times. Communicate effectively with the GM/Owner regarding any issues impacting the business. Maintain restaurant equipment in full working order and report problems immediately to the Owner. Work on your feet for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Perform any other duties assigned by the Owner. Benefits

$35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Firehouse Subs is a restaurant chain passionate about hearty food, heartfelt service, and public safety.
