Your Role:
•Manage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse, manufacturing, corporate hourly, and assigned salaried roles.
•Act as the main point of contact for new position requests and collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners throughout the process.
•Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs and market trends.
•Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and support offer negotiations and onboarding logistics.
•Conduct pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug tests) and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.
•Prepare and issue offer letters; maintain accurate staffing records and weekly updates.
•Analyze recruitment data, track key metrics, and provide insights to support data-driven hiring decisions.
•Manage internal job movements, job descriptions, and updates in coordination with Payroll and leadership.
•Administer and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) via Paylocity.
•Lead monthly new hire touchpoints (2- and 9-months), and facilitate weekly meetings with HR Business Partners.
•Coordinate with staffing agencies and assist with planning company-wide events as needed.
•Support additional HR operational tasks as assigned.
What we're looking for:
•Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
•3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
•HRIS system knowledge required; Paylocity experience a plus.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•Experience in sourcing strategies and recruiting for diverse roles.
•Proactive, independent, and organized with strong time management.
•Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
•Experience with applicant tracking systems and data-driven recruitment.
•Familiarity with AI recruiting tools and techniques.
Physical Demands:
•Sedentary work; primarily sitting, with occasional exertion of 10 pounds or less.
•Requires close visual attention for analytical and data-related tasks.
Work Environment:
•This is an office-based role with no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
Location:
•Cornwell Tools in Mogadore, Ohio.
Salary can be negotiated upon experience.
