Typical Day You’ll help clients make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money. You will greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, or virtually, matching them with the best‑suited tax professional and ensuring all needs are met. Responsibilities Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner. Match clients with the best‑suit tax professional for their needs. Schedule clients as they prefer. Help ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually. Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations. Sales/marketing experience (optional). Experience working in a fast‑paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service environment. Ability to multi‑task. Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
