Riceland Healthcare is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedExecutive Assistantto support our senior leadership at theCorporate Office in Beaumont, TX. The ideal candidate will be proficient inMicrosoft Excel, possess excellent administrative and communication skills, and have a natural aptitude for supportingbusiness development efforts.

This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, coordinating executive activities, preparing reports, assisting in strategic initiatives, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership
  • Manage calendars, appointments, emails, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare reports, data summaries, and presentations usingadvanced Excelskills (including pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
  • Assist in the preparation of business proposals, documents, and performance tracking reports
  • Conduct market research and gather relevant data to supportbusiness developmentinitiatives
  • Maintain and update CRM tools and internal documentation for lead tracking and follow-ups
  • Take meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate internal communication and serve as a liaison between departments
  • Support in organizing corporate events, board meetings, and special projects as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Coordinator
  • StrongMicrosoft Office Suiteskills — with afocus on Excel(data manipulation, reporting, dashboards)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Professional demeanor with excellent time management
  • Experience in a healthcare or corporate setting is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or business development tools is a plus
