Responsibilities
Run a profitable restaurant and ensure compliance with McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Collaborate with leadership to set, communicate, and achieve restaurant goals.
Lead a team of Assistant Managers and Shift Managers; set their goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction.
Hire, develop, and retain Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team.
Qualifications
Previous General Manager experience in high‑volume locations.
Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
