EY’s ServiceNow Consulting Senior Managers lead transformative initiatives, providing clients with authoritative, agile, and efficient solutions that drive business decision‑making. This client‑facing role offers opportunities to develop teams, build relationships, and create a lasting competitive edge. Key Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis. Accountable for program/project management, ensuring that all objectives are met. Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, effectively managing economics. Skills & Attributes for Success

Drive and support sales activities alongside EY pursuit teams, including proposal development and presentation. Lead and develop strategies for ServiceNow‑enabled transformations, crafting business cases, roadmaps, and solution architectures. Act as an engagement manager across all aspects of ServiceNow ESM/GBS – design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Manage 2–3 engagements and mentor multi‑disciplinary teams of 10+ resources, including offshore staff. Build and nurture client relationships, demonstrating the value of EY services. Exhibit strong business acumen, fact‑based decision making, and conflict resolution. Provide guidance on industry‑leading practices for ServiceNow implementations across non‑IT functions. Analyze service‑management capabilities and recommend improvements. Lead client process‑design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops. Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, risk and issue logs. Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. 5–7 years relevant ServiceNow implementation experience. 5–7 years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience at Senior Manager or Director level. ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD). Minimum two of the following ServiceNow certifications: HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, or Field Service Management. Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills; executive communication. Ability to develop presentations, functional and technical roadmaps for all levels of management. Experience defining contextual, conceptual, and logical models that align business and technical capabilities. Experience leading teams and supervising others. Valid driver’s license in the U.S. Ability to travel up to 60%. Ideally You Will Also Have

ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA). Performance analytics and reporting experience. Experience with Source to Pay, Employee Center, Legal Service Delivery, or Workplace Service Delivery. Experience with ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
