Vice President of Finance And Operations
The Vice President of Finance will be a key strategic and operational leader supporting a fast-growing, private equity–backed company expanding through organic initiatives and acquisitions. Reporting to the CFO, this role will lead FP&A, field finance, and reporting while strengthening financial discipline, operational alignment, and team capability.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with operations, the COO, and field teams to optimize pricing, margins, cash flow, and growth initiatives.
Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to drive informed decision‑making.
Develop and mentor a high‑performing finance team, fostering accountability and professional growth.
Enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting tools to support scale and accuracy.
Prepare and deliver financial insights and presentations to the CEO, Board, and private equity partners.
Ensure financial reporting meets high standards of accuracy and professionalism as the company matures toward a public‑company profile.
Qualifications
CPA, CFA, or MBA highly preferred
15+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in
high‑growth, PE‑backed environments.
Proven track record in FP&A, field finance, and business partnership roles.
Experienced team builder and mentor with strong emotional intelligence and executive presence.
