Our client is a major international firm seeking a patent associate for its Intellectual Property practice in Boston, Denver, New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Washington, DC. The salary range is between $235k and $310k. Experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation is required. Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in both patent prosecution and IP litigation. Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar disciplines; graduate degree and/or industry experience preferred. State bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice. Admission to practice before the USPTO. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities.
