Service Project Manager – High-End Residential Construction
Salary: Up to $150,000
As a Service Project Manager, you will oversee ongoing maintenance, repairs, and small-scale improvement projects for luxury residential properties. This on-site role is with a prestigious high-end general contractor specializing in bespoke construction and property management services in New York City.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver high-quality service projects, including maintenance, repairs, and minor renovations.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all work meets the client’s expectations and company standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams to execute projects efficiently.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing service, maintenance, or small-scale construction projects in high-end residential environments.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishes tailored to luxury properties.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
