What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate across disciplines to meet revenue targets and drive sales
Represent products to dealers and co‑ops through on‑farm visits and support
Leverage existing relationships to grow market share and identify new opportunities
Understand market needs and communicate how products address those needs
Ensure dealers have the appropriate inventory to meet customer demand
What is Required (Qualifications)
3 to 5 years of experience in sales or agricultural distribution with a 4-year degree
General knowledge of industry sales practices and product portfolio
Ability to develop solutions to moderately complex problems
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills
Works under general supervision with contributions reviewed for accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Moderate prior experience in sales or agricultural distribution
Familiarity with Purina’s product offerings
