What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage and grow business through consistent communication with assigned owners and internal teams

Coach and train top retail sellers at the farm‑gate on products, programs, and technologies

Record all relevant account details in CRM software (Salesforce)

Execute strategic plans in partnership with retail sellers, measuring progress against goals

Implement account plans and manage discretionary and insight trial seed

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in agriculture or business‑related field plus 5 years of industry or direct sales experience, or 6‑10 years of successful work experience in industry or direct sales

Proactive communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and formal presentation skills

Ability to coach and mentor others, suggesting improvements and leading change

Solid experience using Microsoft products and CRM software (Salesforce)

Must have a current and valid state driver’s license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience demonstrating agility and leading/adapting quickly to change

Technical agriculture product/crop expertise

Ability to effectively manage projects

Experience in sales roles with a focus on direct farm‑gate interactions

Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom)
