MetLife is excited to announce an opening for the Director – Client Services role, a strategic leadership position vital to shaping our client experience and driving business growth in the 2‑5,000 market. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, leads with vision, and excels at delivering exceptional service to clients. As Director – Client Services, you’ll lead a high‑performing team of Client Service Consultants and collaborate across departments to elevate market presence, strengthen client relationships, and ensure operational excellence. This role is central to our mission of building long‑term partnerships with our clients. Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Client Service Consultants, focusing on performance, coaching, and talent retention. Partner with sales leadership to create strategic business plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Build strong client relationships and lead strategic account planning, while enhancing regional visibility and brand recognition. Identify and implement improvements to drive business outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Monitor key performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement. Key Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of management experience. Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and influence teams. Strong understanding of Group Benefits products, business operations, financial forecasting, and analytics. Extensive experience in client relationship management and strategic account oversight. Demonstrated success in project and change management driving business solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Resilient, adaptable, and proactive with a strong ownership mindset. Preferred

Bachelor’s degree. 10+ years of relevant business experience. 8+ years of management experience. Salary Range

$109,800 – $146,400 (subject to applicable plan terms). Benefits We Offer
