You will be in the front‑lines of customer service – your smile makes a difference and you can help enhance the member’s shopping experience. Responsibilities

Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members.

Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.

Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.

Receive & stock merchandise in an organized manner.

Maintain inventory so that there is no out‑of‑stock and over‑stock products.

What you will do

Be a Team Member: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the products and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicate effectively, develop interpersonal skills, and remain flexible to business needs.

Be an Expert: Understand processes and specifications related to quality of produce merchandise (e.g., taste, preparation method, seasonality), prepare products according to standards (trim, crisp, package, scale), maintain product safety, follow sanitation guidelines, adhere to laws and company policies.

Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality, and encourage peers to adopt tools.

Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area using inventory management techniques, ensure quality and date control standards, eliminate waste, guide peers, and attend to customer needs.

Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club by valuing member experience, model high‑quality service, execute basics at the highest level, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion.

Comply with policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, use the Open Door Policy, and implement related actions.

Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners, identifying priorities, setting deadlines, communicating progress, and recommending improvement opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.
