The purpose of the property inspection is to verify property occupancy and to report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application. Most inspections are exterior only; about 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant. Responsibilities
Complete inspections in your county, or split the county with another inspector if volume is sufficient. Most common inspections should only take 5‑6 minutes. Finish each inspection within 4 days of assignment. Report general property conditions and determine occupancy based on industry standards. Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments. Complete a short form in the app. Spend extended periods driving with multiple stops during the day in the assigned territory. Requirements

This is a 1099 position. Each inspection has a flat rate that varies by county and volume. Although you are paid per inspection, you will earn the equivalent of $30‑$40 per hour. Depending on your county and whether it is urban or rural you may complete anywhere from 20 to 500 inspections per month working 2–30 hours per week. Lower‑volume counties have higher rates, and higher‑volume counties have lower rates. The work is consistent month‑to‑month. Earn more as you become established, have greater availability to inspect, or cover a larger territory. No additional mileage reimbursement above the flat fee per inspection. How to Apply
