Job Description The Compute Scaled Manufacturing organization is looking for a Technical Program Manager with a background in supply chain, server (CPU and GPU) hardware, data center capacity delivery, cloud services, server technology, and software systems who can independently own and drive outcomes across the compute organization for high-priority programs with large business impact. The ideal candidate has a background in liquid‑cooled GPU systems, compute architecture, and managing software and hardware at scale. The ability to think about business problems from the point of view of our customers, analyze and process technical information, put together programs and schedules, to drive progress towards metric‑driven goals across service teams, and communicate up and down the leadership chain accurately is a must.
Our Senior Principal Technical Program Manager will understand the business and technical requirements, devise strategies for programs, identify technical impacts on the organization as they relate to business requirements, drive delivery, unblock execution, effectively communicate project status, problem‑solve and suggest changes to hardware assembly, manufacturing and validation processes, and regularly participate in executive meetings to present progress and share project information with stakeholders. This is a highly visible role managing programs with visibility up to the SVP level of OCI.
Responsibilities
Manage development and implementation of a specific company product involving departmental or cross‑functional teams focused on delivery of new or existing products.
Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending.
Monitor the project from initiation through delivery.
Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.
Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Qualifications
Experience as a Technical Program Manager in supply chain, server hardware, data center capacity delivery, cloud services, server technology, or software systems.
Background in liquid‑cooled GPU systems, compute architecture, and managing software and hardware at scale.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross‑functional teams.
Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing decisions.
