Job Description The Compute Scaled Manufacturing organization is looking for a technical program manager with a background in supply chain, server (CPU and GPU) hardware, data center capacity delivery, cloud services, server technology, and software systems who can independently own and drive outcomes across the compute organization for high-priority programs with large business impact. The ideal candidate has a background in liquid-cooled GPU systems, compute architecture, and managing software and hardware at scale. The ability to think about business problems from the point of view of our customers, analyze and process technical information, put together programs and schedules, to drive progress towards metric-driven goals across service teams, and communicate up and down the leadership chain accurately is a must.

Responsibilities Our Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) is required to understand the business, technical requirements, devise strategies for programs, identify technical impacts on the organization as they relate to business requirements, drive delivery, unblock execution, effectively communicate project status, problem-solve and suggest changes to hardware assembly, manufacturing and validation processes, regularly participate in executive meetings to present progress, and share project information with stakeholders. This is a highly visible role, managing programs with visibility up to the VP level of OCI.

Compensation and Benefits US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 - $158,200 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
