About The Role We're looking for an experienced and

highly creative Outbound Email Strategist

to join our revenue team. This role is perfect for a self‑starter who thrives on building targeted contact lists, developing compelling email campaigns, and rigorously testing to maximize conversion rates. You will be instrumental in driving our business development efforts through strategic outbound email communication.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the overall outbound email strategy to generate qualified leads and drive sales pipeline growth.

List Building & Management: Own the end‑to‑end list building process, identifying and sourcing high‑potential target contacts across various verticals and maintaining list hygiene and segmentation.

Creative Development & Testing: Design, write, and deploy engaging email sequences and new creatives (copy, subject lines, calls‑to‑action). Manage the effectiveness and testing (A/B testing, multivariate testing) of all creatives to continually improve open rates, click‑through rates, and reply rates.

Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key email performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine and optimize future campaigns.

Compliance: Ensure all outbound email activities adhere strictly to anti‑spam laws and best practices (e.g., CAN‑SPAM, GDPR).

Required Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of direct past experience in an Outbound Email Strategy, Cold Email, or B2B Lead Generation role.

Creativity: A genuine enthusiasm for creativity and a proven ability to craft persuasive, personalized, and attention‑grabbing email copy that resonates with target audiences.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with email sending platforms (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data‑driven decisions.

Self‑Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, from list building through execution and reporting.

Tooling: Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, BlueBirds, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation : Salary, commissions, and stock options. Base salary range is $89,500 – $105,000, and total on‑target earnings (base + commission) are $114,500 – $130,000. Commission structure tied to achieving revenue & retention targets.
