Seeking a Senior Project Manager for geotechnical construction projects. You will be required to estimate and manage ground improvement, grouting, drilling, earth retention, and specialty piling projects. Responsibilities include estimating, contract negotiations, budget development, managing construction, scheduling, cost control, quality control, and client relations. Projects will be a mix of hard bid and negotiated.

Procuring work; both hard bid and negotiated design/build Scheduling of projects in logical steps and budgeting time required to meet deadlines Acting as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors Mentoring and training junior engineers within the region Responsible for client invoicing, AR collections and change orders Understanding of engineering science and technology, design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models Required
Ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience managing complex geotechnical construction projects.
